Infrastructure services include:
 
  • services related to the use of centralized infrastructure

  • other infrastructure services.


Services related to the use of centralized infrastructure include providing access to:
 
  • check-in desks in Terminal A
  • CUPPS (Common Use Passenger Processing System) workstations
  • CUSS (Common Use Self Service) check-in kiosks
  • baggage sorting area in Terminal A
  • de-icing apron
  • 115/200V 400 Hz AC or 28 V DC ground power unit (GPU)
  • passenger bridge
  • space for parking a refuelling vehicle
  • trunking system
  • Flight Information System.


Services related to the access to Warsaw Chopin Airport systems and spaces include providing such access for:
 
  • ground handling administration and supervision
  • passenger handling in Terminal A
  • passenger handling in General Aviation Terminal
  • A/C handling
  • freight and mail handling
  • handling in-flight supplies (catering)
  • supplying A/C with propellants.

  • Other infrastructure services include access to Web Check-in stands in Warsaw Chopin Airport Terminal A.

    The above services are covered by infrastructure charges.

    The scope and standards of services are specified in Warsaw Chopin Airport Operations Manual (INOP-EPWA), Rules of Use of Warsaw Chopin Airport, as well as detailed manuals and procedures available to airport users as appropriate.
