Over a million passengers at Chopin Airport in May
The number of passengers in May 2016 was higher by 7 percent than in May 2015, which means that it was also the best May in the history of the airport. This is the 13th consecutive month with the historical record, and 20 months of continuous growth in the number of passengers at Chopin Airport.

Since the beginning of the year Chopin Airport has handled 4.33 million passengers (an increase of 7.9 percent), of which 3.85 million in international traffic (up 7.8 percent) and 480 thousand in domestic traffic (up 8.9 percent).
