In 2014-2021 the tariff was amended, subject to approval by the President of the CAA. The last amendment, approved by the decision of the President of the CAA of 22 November 2021, came into force on 1 December 2021.

This information is designed for actual and potential Airport users and ground handling agents interested in co-operating with 'Polish Airports' State Enterprise to use Warsaw Fryderyk Chopin Airport infrastructure in order to provide ground handling services. The infrastructure charges comprise charges for the use of the centralized infrastructure inclusive of, interalia, charges for the use of 115/205 V 400 Hz GPU and 28 V DC GPU, the passenger bridges, and the airport buildings and facilities.

PRM Charge

According to the Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of July 5, 2006, a special charge for the purpose of funding an assistance for disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when traveling by air (PRM Charge) is introduced at Chopin Airport, effective from 1st August 2008.

The PRM Charge rate in 2022 amounts to PLN 1.25.

Charge for removal of spills and debris from airport pavements

The charges are collected for removal from airport pavements of spills and debris caused by airport users and for removal of waste, disabled and improperly parked vehicles and equipment from airport pavements.

Information on air navigation charges in FIR Warszawa can be found on the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency website. The TNC unit rate in 2022 amounts to PLN 450.75.

Airport Coordination Fee

Airport Coordination Fee is collected from carriers by Warsaw Chopin Airport coordinator - Airport Coordination Ltd (ACL). The rate for coordination of each take-off and landing in Winter 2021/2021 is PLN 4.16.
