Assistance for passangers with disabilities or reduced mobility

In order to ensure the comfort of all travellers, Chopin Airport provides a wide range of services and assistance for disabled and reduced mobility passengers.
At the airport
Once at the airport, announce your arrival at one of the following places:
- information pillars located in front of the terminal – use the intercom;
- airport information desks inside the terminal;
- check-in desks for your flight.
Our specially designated staff will be at your disposal within a maximum of 10 minutes of receiving your request.
Chopin Airport has dedicated parking spaces (marked with blue lights) for passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility. The spaces are available at paid multi-storey car parks P1 and P2, close to the lifts.

There are a number of facilities for persons with disabilities and reduced mobility at Terminal A. Selected check-in, information and transfer desks are equipped with an induction loop system, marked with the following sign:
The public telephones, some of which are suitable for use by persons in wheelchairs, also have induction facilities. All levels in the new area of the terminal can be accessed by lifts. Toilets for disabled visitors are available throughout the terminal.
