After leaving the plane
If your aircraft parked at one of the passenger bridges, after leaving the aircraft follow the "baggage reclaim and exit" signs.
If your aircraft parked at the apron, a bus will be waiting for you to take you to the baggage reclaim and exit.
If you leave an aircraft by a passenger bridge your will find yourself at the top level of Terminal 2. Your baggage will be taken to the baggage reclaim area at the ground floor. To get there you may use the escalators or lift.
Passengers arriving from a Schengen country will not have to show their ID documents. Passengers arriving from a non-Schengen country will have to show their passports or ID documents.
The belt conveyor number from where you may reclaim your baggage will be displayed on the LCD boards in the Baggage Reclaim Hall. The belt conveyors are numbered from 1 to 5.
After you reclaim your baggage proceed to one of the exits:
- "NOTHING TO DECLARE" (green channel), if you do not bring goods exceeding the customs relief limits for travellers.
- "GOODS TO DECLARE" (red channel), if you bring goods exceeding the customs relief limits for travellers.
